Cyndyn
Mrs Carys Jones, Cyndyn, Aberdaron Pwllheli,
Gwynedd LL53 8BT 01758 760 301
Cyndyn is a welcoming, friendly, well
equipped 5 van Caravan Club site, situated in delightful surroundings,
just below Anelog Mountain, 2 miles from the picturesque village of
Aberdaron. The site sits on a ¾ acre area of lawned field within a green
belt. Each pitch enjoys stunning views of the distant Snowdonia mountain
range on the one side, and Anelog Mountain, with it’s plethora of
traditional Welsh cottages on the other. In between you can enjoy
beautiful and breathtaking countryside, and the sea on both sides of the
Llŷn Peninsula is in clear view.
A very short walk from the site will lead
you up a headland where, on a clear day, you will be able to see the
Wicklow Mountains of Ireland in front of you, and the Isle of Anglesey
to your right.
Why not embrace the opportunity to catch
fresh fish off the rocks whilst enjoying the views? Beach fishing is
also very popular on the famous Whistling Sands beach, which is
approximately a mile from site. Whistling Sands is also popular for
surfing. If walking is more to your liking, then Cyndyn is particularly
well situated, close to such unique and inspiring landscape and views,
you are spoilt for choice for footpaths and coastal walks.
The site has been
modernised, in addition to the electrical hook up, we now offer
individual drinking water taps and a waste water point for each pitch.
The chemical disposal is shared by all pitches. Facilities also include
a shower, and a toilet with washbasin which has both hot and cold water
and shaving point.
