village and beach. Gwelfryn has an enclosed lawned garden to the side and
rear of the property, with garden furniture and off-road parking. The
bungalow sleeps 4 and is graded 4* by the Welsh
Tourist Board. The lounge has lovely open countryside views. TV, video,
CD/Radio/Cassette Player. There is a well-equipped kitchen with
fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine. The dining room
also has a portable TV. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one
with twin singles. Bed linen and towels are provided. Bathroom. Cot
& high chair available on request. There are night storage heaters plus
additional heaters in lounge & dining room. Electricity & heating included
in rent. There is a lockable garden shed suitable for bikes etc. Short

A recently refurbished farmhouse on a small working
farm on the unspoiled Lleyn Peninsula on the fringe of an area of
outstanding natural beauty. Only a few minutes drive from lovely Aberdaron
and Porthoer (Whistling Sands) beaches. The house stands at the end of an
unmade farm drive and has been modernised for holiday letting in 2005.
The house comprises of three bedrooms, 2 double and
one with full size bunks, a cot is also available, an upstairs bathroom.
Kitchen/diner with electric cooker, fridge and
microwave.
Lounge with colour TV, video and DVD player, electric
fire.
Ground floor shower room/w.c. utility room with

on a working dairy cattle and sheep farm in an idyllic location at the end
of the Llŷn Peninsula, within walking distance of the picturesque village of
Aberdaron, with its sandy beach, shops, cafes and inns. Surrounded by
National Trust land, with splendid walks, including one to Porth Meudwy,
where you can catch the boat to historic Ynys Enlli [Bardsey]. The house has
3 bedrooms, 2 double & 1 twin. A cot is also available. The bathroom has
ample free hot water. The kitchen / dining room has fridge, electric cooker
& microwave. Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and bedding [except sheets
& pillowcases are supplied. Storage heater available. The lounge is fully
furnished including a Welsh Dresser. Ample parking. Children welcome to
watch milking.
The caravan is modern, well-fitted
& spacious [35x12] in a quiet setting with spectacular views. It is situated
in the garden of a charming whitewashed farmhouse on a working farm. Aberdaron, with all its amenities, is within walking distance. The caravan
has 3 bedrooms, 1 double & 2 twins. There is a shower room with wash basin
and a separate WC with wash basin. The kitchen area is spacious and well
equipped. There is also a dining area which will seat 6 in comfort. The
lounge has an electric fire and colour TV. Crockery, cutlery and cooking
utensils are provided as is bedding [except sheets] and pillowcases.
Electricity is metered. There is ample parking. Holidays at Tir Glyn offer a
quiet relaxing get away from it all destination, with fun for all the family
including a chance to watch the milking. |

commanding a panoramic view of the glorious Llyn Peninsula. The property is

walk away. The area is also ideal fro fishing, sailing, riding, walking and

situated on a working farm in open countryside at Penycaerau approx 2 miles
from Aberdaron and Hell's Mouth (Porth Neigwl) and Porth Ysgo beaches. Local
beaches provide a haven for water sport lovers. Sail to local islands
bursting with life and taste local seafood specialities in exquisite
bistros.
The accommodation comprises: lounge/ diner with inglenook coal or wood fire,

bathroom downstairs to the left of the hall, with electric shower over bath.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and one twin. Cot and high chair

retains separate, adjoining wing of farmhouse).
Well behaved dogs will be made welcome but are not to be left their own, and
must not be allowed on furniture. Small garden with table and chairs in

feature fireplaces with multi-fuel stoves. The spacious accommodation
comfortably sleeps 6, and comprises 3 bedrooms, (1KS and 1D on ground floor,

sitting rooms, and a modern bathroom with bath and Mira shower over. Very
well-equipped, newly-fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble
dryer, electric hob/ oven and extractor, microwave and fridge-freezer. In
addition, a glorious sunroom offers a dining area and further seating, with
panoramic views towards the sea. The cottage is heated with modern electric
storage heaters, and is warm and cosy all year round. A good selection of
entertainment is available including 2 colour TVs, DVD player, VCR, CD
player, and a large selection of books, videos, DVDs and CDs. All bed linen
is provided, and electricity supply is unmetered (NB £25/week winter fuel
charge applies from 1/10 to 30/4). BBQ area with garden furniture, and ample
off-road parking for up to 3 cars and a boat. Cot and high chair available.
